Family Partnership
Program Goals: Provide comprehensive family support services to assist families and children
1. By promoting family wellness
2. Decreasing family stressors and
3. Providing families with the support and the skills to prevent child abuse and neglect
Eligiblility: Open to all families with children 1-18 who are looking for strategies to improve parenting skills and family life
Family Partnership provides prevention, early intervention and crisis services to familieis who may be at risk of abuse or neglect. The program is voluntary and families receive support from a home visitor for parenting skills, home management, financial planning, finding childcare and connection to other community resources. The program also provides overnight respite care, parent child support groups, and parenting workshops.
