Child/Health Support
Program Goals:
1. Encourage appropriate family reunification by providing transportation and supervised visits with birth parents for children who have been court ordered to be removed from the home
Eligibility This is a court ordered service
Child Health Support provides a trained worker to transport children from the foster home to a supervised visit with the birth parent. The worker will provide parenting information, observations and support to the birth parent, support for the children and communication with the foster family. The worker works closely with the DCYF case worker and the courts.
